My work days in my job as an IT Quality Analyst at a biotech firm are Mondays to Fridays. I have work on Saturdays occasionally for half the total number of working hours I spend from Mondays to Fridays. My working hours are from 8 a.m. till 4 p.m. or sometimes till 5 p.m. However, these working hours are flexible because of the flexibility required to be shown in my job and in my firm to serve the end-customers. Sometimes, there can be late start of my working days like 9 a.m. because of less work and the working hours are completed by 3 p.m. to 3.30 p.m. Sundays are completely off for me and every other employee in my organization.
